The locally known Miss Victoria Pageant is in its 53rd year.  Originally the pageant was sponsored by the Victoria Exchange Club and later  the Victoria Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association sponsored the pageant.  Presently the Miss Victoria Pageant is owned and operated by Debbie Bennett Green, Bennett Green Cain, and Devon Bennett Wright.  Debbie has been directing the pageant since 1991. Robin Hicks became a Director in 2023. The Miss Victoria Pageant is a local pageant, with a local director, and most importantly with local contestants.
